It’s always great to meet our partners face-to-face and at the recent Macworld Expo many of us at DriveSavers got a chance to do just that. One topic that came up consistently in conversations was our free evaluations. Many of our partners just couldn’t believe it was completely free and wondered, “What’s the catch?”
So, if you happen to be the skeptical type, we thought we’d take a moment and assure you that our evaluation service is truly free. Here’s a recap of how the service works and what you can expect when sending in a drive:
Preliminary diagnosis within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of media. (1 to 2 days for jobs set up using our Standard Service.)
Estimate provided to you or directly to customers.
Customers decide on the value of their lost data without risk or cost.
Data recovery is completed within the following 3 to 4 business days after approval. (1 to 2 days for jobs set up using our Standard Service.)
Commissions are paid for every successful recovery we complete.
No charge if data is unrecoverable.
