In cooperation with AppleCare, DriveSavers has developed a new web portal, exclusively for Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASP) and Self-Servicing Accounts (SSA).
The secure web portal provides an easy solution for facilitating data recovery jobs, as well as applicable exclusions from AppleCare Service Excellence (ACSE) scoring when customers need data recovery as part of a repair event.
AASPs and SSAs can use the portal to:
Initiate the data recovery process
Exclude a specific eligible service part from ACSE*
Track existing data recovery projects
Find answers to frequently asked questions
Reorder DriveSavers Supplies (*Once your customer has agreed to the data recovery process, and the media has been received by DriveSavers, Apple will be notified automatically.
The return window will be extended and the part associated with the data recovery event will be excluded from Service Excellence scoring.)
